DISCOVER THE LANDSCAPE OF THE HAZELNUT AND THE MAS RIPOLL VALLEY
Gatellar includes the Country House and the 20 hectares of land that surround it. From the square bounded by platanus trees of monumental dimensions you can enjoy a panoramic view of the entire Mas Ripoll valley and the buttresses of the Sierra de la Mussara and the Albiol.
The country house is articulated by a series of trails through the landscape of hazel that allow to explore it on foot until reaching the Gatellar Ravine. This ravine runs through the entire estate and is accompanied by wooded areas where we will find holm oaks, cork oaks, oaks, London planes, ash trees, elms, white poplars, black poplars and grey willows.
La Selva del Camp, a dynamic town
Gatellar is located in the town of La Selva del Camp. This village has different places of interest such as the Medieval Castle, the recently opened Camí del Rec or the hermitages of Paretdelgada and Sant Pere.
In addition, from La Selva del Camp, you can start different routes on foot or by mountain bike.
The town has services that can be useful, for instance the primary care center, pharmacy and food stores, among other businesses.

Activities for all
Hiking and BTT: From the Gatellar Country House and its surroundings there are different accesses to start routes that allow you to arrive on foot or by mountain bike to Vilaplana, l’Albiol, La Mussara or to the top of Puig d ‘en Cama.
Departures on horseback: At Km 6.8 on the road from Vilaplana to La Selva del Camp there is “La Mussara, centre d’equitació” where different activities related to the horse riding world are offered. Tel: 677507944
Leisure and culture: Near the Gatellar you can find different mountain activities, canyoning, abseil and nature routes [gorgaventura.com]) and beach activities, as well as different water, theme and entertainment parks.
